Subject: Important Update: Introduction of Technology Fee Effective July 15, 2024

Dear Valued Clients,

After four years of dedicated service, VIVA is committed to continuing our tradition of providing exceptional virtual assistant services while ensuring the highest standards of cyber security and data protection. To sustain and enhance our cyber liability and cyber security measures in the face of rising costs, we are instituting a Technology Fee for all new clients effective July 15, 2024.

Technology Fee Details

  • For New Clients: Since June 15, 2024, a monthly Technology Fee of $175 has been applied to all new client
  • For Existing Clients: We greatly appreciate our long-standing relationships with our current clients. As a token of our appreciation, we are pleased to offer a special grandfathered rate of $100 for the next 12 months.This special rate will take effect on August 15, 2024. After this period, the standard subscription fee will be $175 starting beginning August 15, 2025.

However, the rising costs of cyber liability insurance, software, and cyber security protocols have made it necessary for us to implement this change. This decision was made with careful consideration and in the best interest of maintaining the security and integrity of our services.
