We are a Texas-based company that assists 3 main industries: insurance, real estate, and mortgage. VIVA Virtual Assistants are skilled and experienced professionals who can help business owners based in the US generate more revenue.

Responsibilities

– Availability Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM CST.
– Assist in a variety of common processes and tasks necessary to keep the client’s business running smoothly: customer service, marketing, and social media, data entry, inside sales, retention, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

– High school graduate
– 6 month CC experience (VA experience is a PLUS)
– Excellent communication skills – Organization and time-management skills
– Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism at all times
– Advanced English is written and oral (Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS)
– Equipment with minimum requirements by VIVA (laptop/desktop, 20 MB)
– FT availability (40 hours a week)
– Excellent relationship management skills
